No minimums, one hat or one hundred polos, same price per piece. Buy your garments through our SanMar catalog and the 5″×5″ embroidery is free. Your own garments are always welcome.
What Digitizing Is, and Why the $55
Embroidery machines don’t read image files. Your logo is converted into a stitch file, every stitch, angle, and thread path mapped by hand. You pay once per logo, and we keep the file forever.
Caps, flat garments, and bags are each digitized separately: a logo that sews well on a flat polo needs a different stitch file for a curved cap. Each surface is its own one-time $55. Details at logo digitizing.
Rush Pricing
Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days. The rush fee applies to garments, embroidery, and digitizing.

Example 1: 12 polos, your logo, first order
- 12 polos × $20 embroidery = $240
- Logo digitizing (one-time) = $55
- Total: $295
On your next order, digitizing is already done: 12 more polos is $240.
Example 2: 6 caps with 3D puff, logo on file for flats but new to caps
- 6 caps × ($20 + $5 puff) = $150
- Cap digitizing (one-time) = $55
- Total: $205
Caps get their own one-time digitizing. After that, 6 more puff caps is $150.
