Honest Material Guidance
Not everything embroiders equally; we’ll tell you before we stitch:
- Terry towels need dense fills and the right underlay so lettering sits on top of the pile.
- Thin nylon puckers under heavy stitch counts; it needs careful density and stabilizing.
- Seamed or padded panels sometimes can’t hoop flat; a stitched-on leather patch often looks sharper.
- Canvas, cotton twill, and fleece take embroidery beautifully.

Yes, stitched thread with USA-made backing outlasts the fabric around it. Peeling and cracking are print problems.
