Do you have order minimums?

No. One hat, one polo, one golf bag. Single items get the same machines and USA-made materials as a 200-piece corporate run.

What does custom embroidery cost?

Standard embroidery is $20 per item, up to 5″×5″. Personalized names are $30 per item, golf bags are $75, 3D puff adds $5, metallic thread adds $10, and specialty thread adds $30. Logo digitizing is a one-time $55. It’s all published on our pricing page — no quote forms required.

How long does an order take?

Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days. Rush service runs 1–5 business days: +10% for 5-day, +25% for 4-day, +50% for 3-day, +75% for 2-day, and +100% for next-day.

Can I bring my own garments?

Yes — bring whatever you’ve got and we’ll stitch it for $20 per item. Or buy garments through our SanMar catalog (Port Authority, Nike, Carhartt, full size runs) and the standard 5″×5″ embroidery is free.

What is digitizing, and why does it cost $55?

Embroidery machines can’t read image files. Digitizing converts your logo into a stitch file — stitch directions, densities, and underlay all built by hand so it sews cleanly. It’s a one-time $55 per logo, and we keep your file forever, so reorders never pay setup again.

I paid to digitize my logo for shirts. Why do caps need another file?

A cap is a curved surface that flexes while it sews, so it needs different stitch pathing and compensation than a flat polo. Caps, flat garments, and bags each get their own file — one-time $55 each, kept forever. It’s physics, not an upsell.

Do I get to see my logo before you run my order?

Yes. We sew a physical proof — real thread on real fabric — and you approve it before production. If something’s off, we fix the file, not your garments.

Do you do 3D puff hats?

Yes. 3D puff adds $5 per hat and makes bold logos stand up off the cap. It needs chunky shapes — thin scripts and fine detail don’t hold puff, and we’ll tell you straight if flat stitch is the better call.

What discounts do you offer?

We beat any written competitor quote. Veterans get 10% off, cash payments get 10% off, and garments purchased through our SanMar catalog include free 5″×5″ embroidery.

What file formats do you accept for logos?

PNG, JPG, or vector art (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) — vector is ideal, but a clean high-resolution image works fine. Already have a stitch file (DST/EMB)? Send it over and we’ll test it.
