What We Embroider
Polos, t-shirts, hoodies, quarter-zips, jackets, vests, scrub tops, aprons, jerseys, caps, and beanies. Mixed orders are normal — polos for the office, hats for the field crew, one logo across everything.

Outfitting fifteen people in fifteen sizes is what our SanMar catalog is for — Port Authority, Nike, Carhartt, and more across the full size run, with free 5″×5″ embroidery on every catalog garment. Supplying your own garments works too, at $20 per item.
Thread Matched to Your Brand
We match thread colors to your brand and lock them into your file, so order one and order ten look identical. We run USA-made backings, stabilizers, and threads. One production note: text under about 4mm doesn’t stitch cleanly — if your logo carries a tiny tagline, we’ll recommend an adjustment before anything hits the machine.
Deadlines and Trade Shows
Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days. Rush service runs 1–5 business days, from +10% for 5-day service to +100% for next-day. On tight timelines, call first and we’ll tell you what’s doable.
