Need it yesterday? Cool – but speed cost.
All rush orders must be approved ahead of time and come with the following “you’re lucky we like you” markups:
– 1-Day – +100% (miracles aren’t cheap)
– 2-Day – +75% (still kinda magic)
– 3-Day – +50% (we’re sweating a little)
– 4-Day – +25% (tight, but doable)
– 5-Day – +10% (barely counts as a rush, but sure)
And no, we don’t do same-day. We’re talented, not time travelers.

Discounts

(Because We’re Generous… But Not Stupid)

– Got a cheaper quote from someone else? Cute. Send us the full written quote — with their company name and contact info — and we’ll beat it.
– Pay in Cash or Crypto? Boom — 10% off. Because the IRS doesn’t need to know everything. (kidding…kind of.)
– Veterans: 10% off forever. We appreciate you, and we mean it.
– Write us a glowing review online and get 15% off your next order. Yes, we are fishing for compliments.
– 5% off if you check-in or give us shoutout on the social media. Tag us and brag — we like attention. 

The Fine Print

– Free embroidery? Yep! but only applies to one area up to 5″ x 5″, with a garment purchase.
– Additional placements or oversized logos are subject to standard pricing.
– Additional digitzing fees are required per garment type and logo size.
– Payment is due before we touch a single thread. No exceptions. No IOUs.
– Turnaround time begins once all garments are received and you give the final thumbs-up on the sew out. Clock doesn’t start cause you said “GO”
– Resellers, brands, and contract folks: you’re special. But you’ll need to provide a valid TPT (Transaction Privilege Tax) license for your own          pricelist.  Oh – and you’re also getting hit with a 3% surcharge to cover the “oops.”

If we’re not there right at 10, calm down Karen, we’re probably on our way or just finishing our coffee.

Monday – Thursday:
10AM – 4PM

Friday:
10AM – 2PM
(Mentally checked out by noon)

Saturday & Sunday:
Closed (We have lives. And brunch.)

We also believe in vacations, margaritas, and maintaining our sanity. So yes, we do disappear from time to time.
Don’t worry—we’ll give you plenty of notice before we skip town, and your orders will be handled like royalty before we peace out.
