The standard job is a left-chest logo up to 5″×5″ for $20 per item. Sleeves, back yokes, and larger placements are available — just ask.
Your Garments or Ours
- Order through our SanMar catalog. Port Authority, Nike, Carhartt, and more, sized for whole teams — and every catalog garment includes free 5″×5″ embroidery.
- Bring your own. Standard embroidery is $20 per item.
For a team of ten, the catalog usually wins on total cost. For one favorite jacket, bring it in. We’ll do the math with you either way.
Names and Personalization
Personalized names run $30 per item, over the right chest or wherever suits the garment. Text and name designs carry a $10 one-time setup; after that, adding names to future orders is routine. Common for medical staff, crews, and coaches.

A Note on Fabric
Pique polos and heavy cotton stitch beautifully. Thin performance fabric needs the right backing to avoid puckering — we handle that, matching USA-made backings, stabilizers, and threads to the garment every time.
Reorders
Your logo is digitized once for $55 and we keep the stitch file forever. A new hire in March is one email: same logo, same thread colors, same placement, zero setup.

Is there a minimum order?
No. One shirt, one hoodie, one apron — all welcome.
What does free catalog embroidery mean?
Buy garments through our SanMar catalog and the 5″×5″ embroidery costs nothing. You pay for the garment and any one-time digitizing.
How long does an order take?
7–10 business days standard. Rush runs 1–5 business days: +10% for 5-day, +25% for 4-day, +50% for 3-day, +75% for 2-day, +100% for next-day.
Can you match my exact logo?
Yes, with one caveat: thread has physical width, so text under about 4mm won’t stitch cleanly. We’ll suggest an adjustment before we run it.
Do hats use the same logo file as shirts?
No. Caps, flat garments, and bags each need their own stitch file — one-time $55 each, kept forever.
